Happy Holidays

When you’re the photographer of the family, you can never resist when you have so many willing models!

These are all of Emma’s cousins. ;)

Thuy + Daryle {Wedding, San Jose}

T’was a cold, cold day when we worked with Thuy and Daryle, but they were such troopers.

Emma and I had a blast working with this group, so down to earth and did so well trying to visualize hot chocolate and sunny days on one of the coldest days of the month.

Thuy and Daryle are getting married in Vegas next year, but wanted to get their entourage and formals done here in the Bay. We’re glad we got to work with them. We’re hoping their Vegas wedding will be much warmer!

Joy + Tom {Engagement Pictures, Downtown San Jose}

Can you say, fashion fabulous? Tom and Joy were dressed so well I thought there was paparazzi behind me. Having their picture taken professionally was a first for them but they did an awesome job in front of the lens posing, smiling, and just being themselves. They also had the confidence and the closeness that made it easy for me.

I felt like going home to get rid of my Old Navy sweater and put on my Gap one. Just kidding, I had Aeropostale on. I know, fancy. hehe.

We had a great time in downtown San Jose. It was a cold day but they kept their composure and style.

During my spare time (all three hours of them) I play around with Photoshop trying to learn new styles and techniques. I’ve always liked textures and balls of lights, and try to incorporate them in my pictures to make them more fun. Here’s a little sample. I hope all my blog fans (all three of you) like it.
