Emma loves reading wedding blogs. I love reading photography blogs. Together, we join forces to create cutesy awesomness.
We were so giddy when we found out that Jen and Red were featured on one of our must-reads, Love and Lavender.

Theresa and Stan booked us way back when we were still meeting clients in coffee houses and tea lounges (we’ve since moved client meetings into the dedicated first floor of our home), and we were super excited to see them again.
They wanted to start of at the Legion of Honor, as it was there that Stan bravely attempted to hold Theresa’s hand for the first time. We’re glad she took his hand. The rest is history.

Meghann and Khanh are so laid back….I even dare say Zen. They had a lovely wedding at St. Thomas Aquinas in Palo Alto, followed by a lovely reception at the Dinah’s hotel in Palo Alto—and the venue fit them so well. Loved it!

We’re sending another album off to one of our couples, and this brings us both joy and a tinge of sadness….like sending children off on their first day of school. As we close each wedding, we say goodbye to a year or so of planning and hello to the rest of their lives. We just hope they remember us from time to time, as they turn the pages of their wedding album.
Ok, enough of my Hallmark moment. Just Facebook us already so I don’t get all emotional during album pick ups.

You might remember Jen and Red’s schoolyard engagement session. We got to attend their wedding as guests…yes guests! We were beyond stoked to be a part of their wedding. They wanted to keep everything real casual like, so they didn’t have a professional photographer, so we were able to sneak in shots of our own.
Such a classic, backyard wedding. Casual with a dash of Antrhopologie.

Yup, Emma even dressed to match the colors.
