Before the hustle of wedding season begins, we took a cruise to Mexico with 6 of our dearest friends. It was a much needed breather.
We’ve been on different types of vacations, but this was our first cruise. What they (they being the veteran cruise-going friends who suggested we take a cruise) failed to mention was that the particular cruise we took was a party cruise. A, bikini ang g-string clad cruise of singles looking for a drunken good time. Probably not the best cruise to start off on when 3 families all have kids under the age of 5. The great thing about being 3 of maybe just 12 families on board was that our kids had day camp all to themselves and they LOVED IT.
A $15 airbrush tattoo. ouch.
Of course, we had to participate in the towel folding class.
